Partnership & Account Manager Virtual Advertisement Solutions (German speaker)

Job Description

  • Support the Head of Virtual Advertisement Solutions in the conceptual and strategic planning of Virtual Advertisement solutions and technologies
  • Liaise and maintain a close relationship with technology providers and implement technology development plans of various rights holder agreements
  • Maintain operational liaison and the account management of the key rights-holders to assure full serviced delivery and client satisfaction (pre- and post sales)
  • Report regularly on status of development of Virtual Advertisement Solutions / Market Support including financial planning and budgeting
  • Monitor the market and identify potential clients and new business/revenue opportunities for Virtual Advertisement Solutions and collect market research to maintain competitor overviews
  • Play an integral role in the preparation, negotiation and execution of new business opportunities and prolongation of Virtual Advertisement projects and sales contracts respectively
  • Prepare and update sales and communication materials and support marketing related projects
  • Gain understanding of rights-holder needs before and after deal finalization in alignment with technology providers
  • Enforce tactical activities which can support acquiring new business / projects for Viz Eclipse and Virtual Advertisement Solutions (Viz Arena)
  • Maintain interactions with key and potential rights-holders in CRM or similar tool (accessible by technology partner)
  • Support the Head of Virtual Advertisement Solutions in all administrational and client relation matters
  • Develop general and further additional/new (virtual) advertisement opportunities (carpets etc)
  • Coordinate and organize events related to Virtual Advertisement Solutions (test / demonstration) in broadcast and sport environment in coordination with other internal departments
  • Investigate and seek for synergies with other internal departments

 

Education

  • Advanced education (university degree, preferably in business administration, MBA or equivalent business experience)

 

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in TV production and/or digital business development and/or project management functions in service industries (preferably in sports or entertainment industry)
  • Proven and wide experienced in relationship and client management (previous background with sports associations, leagues, clubs and broadcaster production companies a plus)
  • Experience or understanding of operational execution in broadcast production operations, advertisement solutions services and/or sponsorship activation projects

  • Very good computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word

 

Languages

  • German and English fluently
