The High Performance Podcast Returns For A Third Series

Hosted by broadcaster and entrepreneur Jake Humphrey and leading organisational psychologist Professor Damian Hughes, the pair speak to high performing individuals from the worlds of business, fashion, football, boxing, acting and arts to understand how they’ve dealt with failure, why they took brave decisions, how to build a successful team and create a high-performing culture. Each episode has motivational takeaways for all listeners and the two series so far have inspired hundreds of people to implement tools to enhance their own High Performance mindset.
