Top Tips on Using Twitter
If you are either a beginner or seasoned user there is now a Twitter guide produced here in the UK. It is something that has been lacking as although there have been plenty of guides from our US colleagues there is always something that is lost in its crossing of the Atlantic.
The guide is produced by business site Smarta and has contributions from Dragons Den millionaire Duncan Ballantyne, BBC writer Daren Smith, Head of Social Media at Ogilvy (and former Sky and Chelsea man) Maz Nadjm and many others.
It shows that we do have a voice in the UK as we push ourselves deeper into the digital space. In sport we may be some way back from the business world but we are getting there slowly. Will we see company employees using twitter in a business sense to help in customer service, sales lead generation, message amplification, etc.
I hope you find the guide useful and see you on there soon if not already (catch me at @DanielMclaren !)
